The villas, Bougan Villa, Palm Leaf Villa and Gulmohar Villa, each have air-conditioned bedrooms, a private pool and lake-facing balconies. Families and guests stay on site through the whole calendar rather than travelling between a hotel and the venue.

An open-air stage on the estate, the only one of its kind in the city. It is used for sangeet evenings, for performances and for Sufi Nights, and it gives an evening function a proper stage and seating rather than a temporary setup on a lawn.
